As an MD, I am able to prescribe medication. My initial evaluation includes a treatment plan for therapy, as well as medication and other traditional and nontraditional techniques. I am a solution oriented therapist and I use patient's strengths to meet their goals. The integration of body, mind and spirit is necessary when treating the emotional concerns of my patients. I work with all addictions and provide relapse prevention education. I treat all traditional psychiatric disorders in addition to; working with patients that are dealing with loss, difficult life transitions, chronic illnesses and relationship issues.
