I am fully trained in both adult and child psychiatry and have a board certification in adult psychiatry and am also certified to prescribe Suboxone for opiate addiction. I grew up in Rockville, Maryland and have lived in the state almost all my life. I earned my undergraduate degree in English/American Literature at Brandeis University in Waltham, MA and received my medical degree and my adult and child psychiatry training at the University of Maryland in Baltimore.
I conduct thorough psychiatric assessments to zero in on the problem, educate my patients about it in straightforward, jargon-free language, and then help them to come up with a treatment plan that works for them.
