Jennifer Serrentino, MD is a board certified psychiatrist who has been practicing psychiatry for over nineteen years. She received her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1997. Dr. Serrentino performed her psychiatry residency at the Bellevue Hospital Center/New York University program where she was appointed chief resident in her graduating year. Upon graduation in 2001, she stayed on as an attending psychiatrist in the Bellevue Hospital Psychiatric Outpatient Department.
Jennifer Serrentino, MD relocated to Long Island in 2004, started working with an Assertive Community Treatment team and opened her private practice in Port Jefferson. She works extensively with individuals manifesting symptoms of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, personality disorders, impulse control disorders and eating disorders.
