I am an adult psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, committed to providing individualized treatment to each of my patients. Having extensive medical and psychiatric training and experience, I welcome people facing all kinds of human psychological experiences, including coping with medical problems, relationships, work-life balance, life transitions, trauma, loss, and end-of-life issues. I strongly believe in the benefits of psychotherapy by itself or combined with medication when indicated. I enjoy providing intensive psychotherapy to individuals interested in understanding themselves and improving their relationships.
With a background in nephrology, internal medicine, academic psychiatry, psychoanalysis, and experience in working with people from many different cultures, I have expertise in addressing complex aspects of my patients' concerns. I believe in integrating each individual's physical, psychological, cultural, and spiritual experiences in the healing process.
