At our practice, we collaborate with patients and their therapists to use medications conservatively, while always incorporating holistic methods to assist in recovery. I have 30 years of experience as a chiropractor, treating patients without the use of medication. I am a psychiatrist, Columbia trained, board certified in general psychiatry, with an extensive background in medicine. Being a Seattle native, she returned to medical school at the University of Washington School of Medicine and then completed her residency in psychiatry at Yale University. She completed a fellowship in psychosomatic medicine at Harvard Medical School, where she gained special expertise in treating co-morbid complex medical conditions and psychiatric disorders. In addition to her private practice, she is on staff at Yale New Haven Hospital.

I am a general adult psychiatrist, completing residency training and forensic fellowship at Yale where I also had the amazing experience of serving as chief resident. My experience includes pharmacotherapy with emphasis on treatment for general mood disorders, post-partum depression, anxiety, insomnia, postraumatic stress disorder, ADHD, and maintaining sobriety/post-substance abuse, in addition to a range of clinical issues with more specific psychiatric foci.
