I offer very flexible scheduling (evenings, weekends, nights, same day), whatever you need to fit your schedule. I'm currently only accepting cash pay patients (no insurance). My rate is $250 for an intial evaluation and $125 for a follow up visit. I can provide a receipt, that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.
