Dr. Hanan Musawi helps with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, dementia with a behavioral disturbance, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, psychosis, and schizophrenia. She provides comprehensive psychophysical evaluations to formulate tailored holistic treatment plans.

I am a double board-certified Psychiatrist with experience treating children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges including but not limited to depression and other mood disorders, anxiety disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), ADHD, adjustment issues, Autism Spectrum Disorder, peripartum depression and anxiety, and psychosis. In addition to completing a master's in nutrition and two years in pediatrics before switching specialties to psychiatry, Dr. Adare continued to focus her training on care for the medically ill, perinatal psychiatry, and ADHD. Dr. Schaefer is board certified in adult psychiatry and has been practicing for over 16 years. Dr. Schaefer's practice focuses on medication management, offered in conjunction with supportive therapy and elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy. Most follow up visits are 30 minutes, and if additional therapy is needed, a therapist may be brought into the care team to provide the best outcome.

Dr. Romanow is double board-certified in Adult Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry.He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training and then attended Drexel University College of Medicine. After medical school, he completed his residency in Adult Psychiatry at the University of Virginia, where he obtained a certificate in additional psychotherapy training.After residency, Dr. Romanow completed a fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at the University of Virginia.
