Dr. Dial's practice offers patients and families a calm, comfortable, and confidential environment to explore options for the evaluation and management of emotional and behavioral concerns. Our services include a thorough evaluation, medication management, patient education and may serve as a complement to a patient's current treatment team. We work with a wide range of behavioral and emotional disorders and also provide medication prescription and management. We believe that psychiatric evaluation, in addition to complementary therapeutic approaches (medication, counseling/psychotherapy) provide the best outcome for the patient. I work with clients of all ages to help maximize functioning at home, work, school, and in social settings. Clients often feel overwhelmed with mental health struggles, and I develop a therapeutic relationship to build the foundation of my care. I place an emphasis on evidence-based practice and compassionate care. I also believe in holistic family based care and place an emphasis on sleep, nutrition, activity, and self-care.

My goal is to help you enhance your overall quality of life. I am interested in the development of the personality throughout the life cycle, how difficulties affect the experience of the self, and how medication and therapy can improve these (and, of course, improve your ability to function in the world.) The majority of my patients have depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, learning disabilities, trauma, Asperger's Disorder, relationship issues, or some combination of these. Often, after I have known someone a while, we move past the presenting problem into personal growth or recovery issues.

Dr. Molina is board certified psychiatrist with extensive experience treating mood/anxiety disorders and ADHD. He is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He completed his residency at UTMB where he served as chief resident. Over the past two decades he has proficiently provided psychiatric care across all levels of treatment. He is held in high esteem by his patients and colleagues. He has been recognized on many occasions as a “Texas Super Doctor” in Texas Monthly and has been recognized in D Magazine as one of “The Most Respected Doctors in Dallas” in 2017.
