I make sure the appropriate amount of quality time is spent with all of our patients. Dr. Solberg is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who completed her residency training in Adult Psychiatry at The University of California, Los Angeles. She went to medical school at UCLA and also completed a forensic psychiatry fellowship through UCLA. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in treating patients with mood disorders, including depression and anxiety. I work with psychotropic medication for symptom management, but I encourage my patients to engage in psychotherapy, nutrition awareness, exercise, sleep hygiene and relaxation activities.
