Hi! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in multiple settings facing various complex mental health issues, including ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and mood disorders.

I’m a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 8 years of nursing experience. I am familiar with depression, anxiety, insomnia as well as the panic disorder, bipolar 2 and adhd disorders. I like to educate my clients about mental health and medications, proper drug use and interactions, adverse drug reactions, and the course and prognosis of mental illness.

I am versed in treating first responders and essential workers during the covid-19 pandemic in NYC , as I myself returned to a critical care and bedside role during this time and have a first person understanding of what you may have seen/felt. In tandem with our treatment, I tend to encourage targeted psychotherapy alongside for those patients who do not currently have therapists.
