Dr. Abby Reineck currently serves as an outpatient child and adolescent psychiatrist. She has been practicing for eleven years. Dr. Reineck's practice is primarily medication-management services, offered in conjunction with either supportive or eclectic therapy. Follow-up appointments average 30 minutes, but may be more or less. Occasionally, Dr. Reineck believes the addition of a therapist is needed and will request you bring a therapist into your care team. This will be asked of individuals if she believes it will lead to an improved clinical outcome.

Russell Bohner is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who has worked with psychiatric patients for over 21 years. Through his education and previous practice experience, Russell has accumulated a wide range of experiences working with people from adolescents to the elderly. Russell started his career in psychiatry as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and worked his way to a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) at Wilkes University before obtaining his Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is an FDA-Approved (2008) treatment for patients suffering from treatment resistant major depression, offering an alternative to treatment resistant medication. The TMS protocol offered at Spark TMS is established for the patient under the direct supervision of Andrew Peshek, M.D. Dr. Peshek has over 15 years of experience in the field of psychiatry. He obtained his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, and then completed his residency and fellowship at The University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Katelyn Shaffer DNP, PMHNP-BC, CARN-AP is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care to patients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Dr. Shaffer has taken on many roles as a psychiatric NP. She has worked with patients across the lifespan in settings including, outpatient psychiatry, acute inpatient care, research, and education. Working with adult patients in outpatient psychiatry has always been Dr. Shaffer’s primary interest and specialty. She is well-versed in treating an array of diagnoses including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders.

Dr. Adetunji is Board Certified in General Adult Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Psychological Medicine. He was trained in Psychiatry in England (At the prestigious Guys and St Thomas’s Hospital, London) as well as in USA (Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia). He completed fellowship training in Forensic Psychiatry at the New York University Medical Center. Dr Adetunji is well versed in addiction medicine and child and adolescent psychiatry. He is certified to prescribe Buprenorphine (Suboxone) for opioid addiction.
