Hello all, whether you are new to mental health or have been searching for the right provider for a while, you are at the right place. It is my honor to meet you and work together to formulate an integrative and holistic plan that will promote wellness and a better outlook. I am particularly interested in substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, sleep issues and psychotic issues. My role as a PMHNP is to diagnose, treat, prescribe medication and provide therapy. I combine the principles of psychology and pharmacology to treat a variety of mental health issues. Telehealth appointments are available on weekends. I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner that is passionate about mental health. I have over ten years' experience helping with your mental health concerns from ages 6 years and above. I am trained and qualified to diagnose and treat various psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. My focus is on providing quality, empathetic, and comprehensive mental health services to individuals across the lifespan. I am empathetic, a good listener, and willing to give an honest diagnosis and treatment plan irrespective of race, gender, or sexual orientation.

In my practice, we are currently accepting NEW patients for medication management, therapy, chemical dependency treatment including suboxone. We also provide esketamine/spravato. My interests are varied and include a wide spectrum of disorders, such as major depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, substance use, ADHD and PTSD. I explore the biological, psychological and social components of mental illness and utilize tools and interventions to evaluate and treat my patients, including diagnostic laboratory tests, prescribed medications and coping strategies. We accept most insurances and private pay.

I am a Board Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have experience providing medication management for ages 4+ for a variety of conditions including anxiety, ADHD, depression, and other mood disorders. I take into consideration a comprehensive assessment and develop a realistic treatment plan with patients and families.
