I specialize in children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and learning disorders. These include depression, anxiety, ADD, autism, school problems, impulsivity, and aggression. I also enjoy working with adults that have a variety of emotional difficulties. I have experience working with adolescents and adults facing various complex mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, insomnia, and mood disorders. I use a combination of medication management (I include Spravato as a treatment choice) and talk therapy to create a solid plan for my patients, and make sure that they know what their treatment plan is. Patients should expect to walk out of the first session with an actionable treatment plan and feel heard and respected.

My ideal client is someone who has had anxiety, panic attacks, irritability, anger management problems, depression, insomnia, loneliness, or suicidal thoughts. If you have fibromyalgia or memory problems sometimes there are ways to turn that around. I do medical screening to see whether there might be a medical issue that contributes to your psychiatric symptoms. Metabolism can be an issue and some might lose weight in treatment.
