He has previously worked as a psychiatric nurse for over 12 years and obtained his master's degree in nursing from Walden University. She has over 20 years of experience treating PTSD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and ADHD- among other mental health concerns. She knows that medication doesn't solve every problem, but can be a necessary tool that aids in supporting therapeutic goals for long term healing. Having worked in a children's psychiatric hospital for much of her career, she is very eager to prevent higher levels of care when possible.

Ike is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practioner with over 12 years in psychiatric and behavioral health settings. Ike is affiliated with vardsurgentpsych.com and aims to provide mental health aid to people in areas that would otherwise be impossible to reach out to via tele-health.
