Dr. Osman Athar is board certified in General Psychiatry and board eligible in Consult-Liaison Psychiatry. He graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in English from Rice University, from McGovern Medical School for his medical doctorate and went on to complete Psychiatry residency at the University of Texas-Houston where he served as a chief resident. Afterwards, he completed fellowship in Consult-Liaison Psychiatry at Louisiana State University - Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans.

Dr. Molina is board certified psychiatrist with extensive experience treating mood/anxiety disorders and ADHD. He is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He completed his residency at UTMB where he served as chief resident. Over the past two decades he has proficiently provided psychiatric care across all levels of treatment. He is held in high esteem by his patients and colleagues. Citadel Behavioral Health Services provides outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, consultation, medication management, and brief focused therapy services. We are open Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
