Kelly Pickens is an ADHD Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who works with adults and older adolescents with ADHD. She has extensive training in the underlying mechanisms of ADHD. Kelly understands the struggles people with ADHD experience, which go way beyond not being able to pay attention. There is a lot of misinformation and negative bias about ADHD among the public, in the media, and even in the clinical setting. People face significant challenges when trying to find a provider/doctor/clinician who fully understands ADHD and can diagnose and effectively treat the disorder with expertise and compassion.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and have been providing services for in home and treatment settings. I see children, teenagers, adults, and seniors and address addiction/substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and traumatic disorders. Dr Wright engages in wholistic care of children, youth, adults and their families who struggle with emotions and feelings, in much the same way a family physician supports a family in their medical needs. He has over 3 decades of experience helping families understand how to live their lives with fullest potential. He has particular interest in a positive approach to treating individuals with ADHD, depression and other mood disorders. I specialize in TMS therapy and see individuals for a course of TMS. This stands for transcranial magnetic stimulation and it is FDA approved and endorsed by the American Psychiatric Association. TMS is ideal to consider if a patient has underwent traditional therapy and medication management but they are still struggling with finding relief from their depressive symptoms. Individuals may still struggle with low mood, lack of interest, low energy, difficulty thinking clearly, sleep and appetite disturbances and more.
