Prior to becoming a Psychiatric APRN I was an Emergency Department RN, working in local ERs for 30+years. I have worked for Bardmoor ER & Morton Plant psychiatric ER & inpatient pediatric psychiatric unit, St. Petersburg General ER, & Northside Hospital & Heart Institute ER. I also have experience working with Veterans and worked at Bay Pines VA ER & inpatient psychiatric unit for 5 yrs. I am currently a Sexual Assault Examiner with The Suncoast Center S.A.V.E team.

Pragnesh Patel, MD, is a Florida licensed Board-certified General/Adult Psychiatrist. He served as lead resident in department of Medicine at East Tennessee State University in 2015. He serves as a Medical Director at Instic Health. Dr Patel has developed standards to offer better care to patients. I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. Dr. Alison Larson is a double boarded child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. She attended medical school in New Jersey at the Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine. She then went on to complete her residency in general psychiatry at Temple University in Philadelphia where she was an advocate and member of the performance improvement and safety committee. Following her residency, she moved to Florida where she completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Florida.
