Greetings! I am a nationally board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 12 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. My approach is patient-centered and holistic, creating a therapeutic partnership with each client. I advocate for patient empowerment through family and patient education, clear communication, and trust to help improve quality of life. We offer Medication Management and Counseling/Psychotherapy Face to face or via our Telepsychiatry Services throughout Virginia and Maryland. Our team of experienced mental health professionals includes Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Licensed Therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above. As a physician, I have dedicated my career to the compassionate and comprehensive treatment of children, adolescents and young adults. I carry a double board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as well as Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I strongly believe that collaboration with other healthcare providers supports positive treatment outcomes. Typically, my treatment approach combines several modalities including medication (if needed) and psychotherapy. I treat a variety of conditions including disruptive behavioral disorders, impulse control disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, depressive disorders, Autistic Spectrum disorders, tic disorders, OCD and psychotic disorders.

Divya Gongireddy, M.D. is board-certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She completed both her residency in General Psychiatry and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. Dr. Gongireddy’s clinical interests include PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and mood disorders.

She has over 20 years of experience treating PTSD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and ADHD- among other mental health concerns. She knows that medication doesn't solve every problem, but can be a necessary tool that aids in supporting therapeutic goals for long term healing. Having worked in a children's psychiatric hospital for much of her career, she is very eager to prevent higher levels of care when possible.

My name is Dr. Ella Peresechenski, and I attended New York University for an undergraduate degree in Biology, followed by a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from Columbia University. I then attended Eastern Virginia Medical School in my beautiful home state of Virginia, followed by Adult Psychiatry residency training at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System.

I am a Psychiatrist with dual training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry along with Adult Psychiatry. I specialize in treating mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, behavioral problems and incorporate my knowledge of psychotherapy along with psychopharmacology in my treatment approach.
