My approach to treatment is holistic and firmly rooted in the science of the brain, combining psychotherapy (for individuals, families, and couples) with nutrition, lifestyle modification, as well as state-of-the-art medication treatment, when helpful. Brittany Watson is a licensed and dual board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in family medicine and psychiatric mental health. Her training in both specialties allows her to understand the critical link between physical and mental well-being across the lifespan. She has a strong belief in holistic care utilizing a variety of treatment modalities including psychotropic medications, in addition to evidence based complementary and alternative treatments. She believes in a collaborative approach with her client's in reaching their goals. She is a San Diego native and enjoys playing sports, traveling and beach days.

Preeti Mathur, M.D. is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist. She completed her residency and was Chief Resident at Westchester Medical Center, New York Medical College, NY. She has worked at San Diego County Psychiatric Hospital for 3 years and is currently also working at Palomar Pomerado Hospital.

We are currently accepting new patients! Concierge services allow you to have appointments more conveniently without long waiting periods! We prioritize your schedule and respond within 48 hours. We take pride in being upfront and honest as well as being available to answer any questions that you have. First adult member: $240 a month, $720/quarter, or $2800/ year and Each additional member: $200 off per year. Services include coordination between specialists, emergency help, and unlimited visits. Services do not include TMS, ketamine treatments, infusions, and injections but we offer these services at our Thrive location.

Kristin Lulich is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, providing care to children, adolescents, and adults. She received her MSN and DNP from the University of San Diego, and is an NEI Master Psychopharmacologist. Her experience has encompassed a variety of settings and specialties including inpatient, outpatient, crisis stabilization, consult-liaison psychiatry, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). She has a strong belief in holistic care and creates individualized treatment plans using combinations of pharmacotherapy and individual therapy as well as complimentary and alternative approaches.

My goal is to work with each patient and each family as a team when identifying how I may be helpful, determining areas of concern or diagnoses, and developing a comprehensive treatment plan. Common diagnoses in those that I work with include ADHD, autism, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, behavioral concerns, mood disorders, personality disorders, substance use, addiction, and emotional dysregulation.

I have been working as a psych mental health nurse practitioner for the past 3 years in a nonprofit organization, but I have been in healthcare for the past 22 years and out of those 14 years I have been working as a family nurse practitioner with patients from diverse backgrounds in the family practice as well as urgent care setting.
