I am a holistic/nutritional psychiatrist, using a functional medicine approach to health and wellness, thereby trying to reduce or eliminate the need for medications. I also have a 15yr+ specialty in sex therapy with couples/individuals treating all sexual dysfunctions in all areas of desire, arousal, orgasm, pain, or sexual issues that interfere with a couple's happiness. I give couples & individuals a holistic understanding of their sexual difficulties - incorporating physical, psychological, emotional, and relational - to enhance sexual pleasure while maintaining balance in one's physical and emotional health.

Courtney Tibbetts, PMHNP- BC, helps patients explore their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts, with the goal of identifying and addressing the underlying causes of mental health problems. I have expertise in most sub-types of addiction treatment including(but not limited to): treatment for alcohol or drug dependence, sexual addictions, and gambling addictions. I am licensed to prescribe Suboxone (a tremendous advancement in the treatment of addiction to opiates).

Dr. Zaidi is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with additional qualifications in Addiction Psychiatry. He completed his Psychiatric Training at MHC - New York Medical College and Training in Addiction Psychiatry at NSUH - New York University School of Medicine. He provides Psychiatric and Addiction Treatment at Operation PAR Detox Facility and Windmoor Hospital. He provided his psychiatric services as a Medical Director at Bay Pines VA Hospital, Boley Centers, Palms of Pasadena Hospital, St. Pete General Hospital and North Side Hospital. Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Tammy Kurecki, ARNP is a new addition to our team.

My clinical expertise is in adult psychiatry, primary care and addiction medicine. I got training as a general physician from India in acute care settings from 2006 soon after my medical graduation. I went explicitly into psychiatry because, during high school I felt there were only a few subjects I could apply to everyday life. Everything starts with the mind, and as the famous quote states, “I think therefore I am.” First are the thoughts, whether conscious or unconscious, then feelings, i.e., emotions, and then actions. Thoughts, feelings, and actions encompass our daily lives and must be in harmony in order for us to live up to our full potential.
