Mission : My mission is to embody the values of accessibility, seamless communication, respect, and excellence in treatment for each patient. I am Medically trained Physician Psychiatrist.I had the privilege to train at Royal London & St Bartholomew’s Hospital for 4 years in various branches of Psychiatry before I moved to the USA. I had a further Residency Training at SUNY Downstate Hospital Brooklyn, NY followed by a one year of Child Psychiatry training at the University of Florida. I have a fellowship in psychoanalysis from NYU and a 2 year of psychodynamic psychotherapy training at Willam Alanson White Institute , NY.

I am a nationally American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) recognized Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I am an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and an AANP-certified family nurse practitioner. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Nursing from the University of Miami, my Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL, and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post-Masters Certificate from Florida State University.

I am Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist ​ Dr. Marina Nesterenko finished Medical school in Kiev, Ukraine, in 1997 and worked as a child psychiatrist in Ukraine. After relocation to USA, she completed a Psychiatry Residency program in SUNY Upstate, followed by Child Fellowship in Syracuse, NY. I see clients of all ages from 5 years old to 95 years old in person and by tele. I specialized in ADHD, autism, anger management, mood swings, mood disorder and all types of anxiety.

Dr. Wilkinson is a Board-Certified in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She uses evidence-based practice approach for psychiatric medication management and therapy. She provides education to you regarding your diagnosis, treatment plan, and medication regimen. She strived to provide a Client-Centered-Care with respect, nonjudgmental attitude, acceptance, empathy, authenticity, and professional boundaries.
