All patients are ideal to me. They come with a unique set of circumstances that require individualized treatment plans. The treatment will consist of medication management (if required), referrals, and counseling. The goal is to return the individual to a healthier self in mind and body. I can offer comprehensive care consisting psychiatric medication management in collaboration with your other treating providers.

I am a double board certified psychiatric mental health and primary care nurse practitioner experienced in medication management of psychiatric conditions including anxiety, mood, and eating disorders, substance abuse, anger and stress management, and ADHD. I completed a Master's in Nursing Science degree from Rush University in Chicago, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and the psychiatric mental health certificate from Lewis University in Illinois.

Benedeth has been a Nurse Practitioner for many years and she focuses on mental wellness managing both adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ADD, personality disorders, mood disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar, eating disorders, and more. She has more than 30 years of clinical experience in health care both in and outside the United States. Dr. Bene earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a Specialty in Psychiatry from the University of Massachusetts Global.
