I was trained at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland, Ohio. The training included residency in adult/general psychiatry and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry. This was a tertiary care facility and the training involved providing consultations to local practitioners/therapists for complicated patients not responding to the traditional treatment modalities.

Dr. Ishaq (Isaac) Lachin sees individuals aged 6 to 65. He received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago, and then received his MD from the world-renowned Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed both his general psychiatry residency training and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Dr. Tahseen Mohammed is a General and Child & Adolescent psychiatrist with over eighteen years of experience, and a diplomate in both disciplines through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Dr. Mohammed completed a residency in General Psychiatry at University of Chicago and a fellowship in Child & Adolescent psychiatry at University of Illinois at Chicago. His experiences include serving as Medical Director of the Pediatric Bipolar disorder program at UIC, Medical Director of inpatient and outpatient services at Northwest Community hospital .
