Berenice has over 14 years of experience as a healthcare practitioner starting off as a Licensed Practical Nurse and working her way up to a master’s degree as a nurse practitioner in psychiatric mental health on course to graduate with a DNP.

I am Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Certified in Public Health. I have been in the nursing field since 2008. My nursing career includes extensive experience in ambulatory care, behavioral and mental health, public health, health education, emergency response and in nurse administration.

I received my Bachelors Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where I majored in the Biological Basis of Behavior and competed on the Men's Varsity Swimming Team. After graduating and prior to medical school, I became a private high school science teacher. I completed my Psychiatry residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in NYC, where I was selected as Chief Resident. During that time, I also completed a Psychodynamic Fellowship at New York Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. I then completed a Clinical Research Fellowship at the National Institute of Mental Health with a focus on Depression and Anxiety.

Dr. Angela Mackay, known to many as Dr. Mackay, completed her educational career at Walden University. While gaining clinical experience with Dr. Umaru Kamara at Axios Behavioral Health in La Plata, Southern Maryland. She has over 20 years of experience in a variety of specialties in inpatient and community healthcare settings including but not limited to psychiatry and brain injury. She was awarded Nurse of the Year by March of Dimes in 2015 as well as an individual national award by APNA in the same year. While my primary headquarters is located in MD, I have recently expanded to DC and California.

He has experience working with a wide variety of adults, each with their own unique stressors and strengths. His experience includes people with severe mental illness as well as those struggling with substance abuse. Marshall has gained training and experience working with children and families, as well as adolescents and adults.

Lakeyia Daniels is a board-certified nurse practitioner in psychiatry. Ms. Lakeyia received her Bachelor of Science from Sojourner Douglas College as a Registered Nurse. During Lakeyia's nursing career, she developed a strong passion for psychiatric nursing after working in various settings. Due to Lakeyia's strong passion for psychiatric nursing, she was encouraged to pursue a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner certificate at Walden University, where she received her Master of Science in Nursing.
