My private practice, Free Range Mental Health, offers medication management, brief therapy, and substance use disorder treatment including Medication assisted therapy (MAT) including Naltrexone and Suboxone, as well as referrals to outside agencies if needed.

I work with individuals with depression, anxiety, life stress, schizophrenia, developmental delays, BIPOC, LGTBQIA+ and those wanting change from substance abuse. I strive to work with clients sharing my experience, scientific research, and their goal to reach their highest potential. I have experience working with ages 16+ in areas of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), inpatient and outpatient co-occurring mental and substance use programs, serious and persistent mental illness, developmental delays/ASD, MAT (suboxone/vivitrol/naltrexone) and more.

Wendi has 30 + years of experience working in the nursing field. She has worked with all ages, currently specializing in ages 6+; and over the last 15 years, she has worked in public health and has both psychiatric and substance use experience. In addition, Wendi also has over 4 years of experience working as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). She graduated from the College of St. Scholastica in 1992 with a BA in Nursing. Wendi furthered her education and received her Chemical Dependency certificate from Fond Du Lac Tribal and Community College in 2017 and holds her license as an alcohol and drug counselor.

In my practice, we are currently accepting NEW patients for medication management, therapy, chemical dependency treatment including suboxone. We also provide esketamine/spravato. My interests are varied and include a wide spectrum of disorders, such as major depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, substance use, ADHD and PTSD. I explore the biological, psychological and social components of mental illness and utilize tools and interventions to evaluate and treat my patients, including diagnostic laboratory tests, prescribed medications and coping strategies. We accept most insurances and private pay.

Faith Sapit, PMHNP-BC is a Master prepared, nationally certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Licensed in New Mexico, Texas, Arizona and Minnesota. She has served the nursing field with an emphasis in both Adults and pediatric mental health care for the last 2 Years as a nurse practitioner and 10+ years as a Nurse in general.

After finishing medical school, I went through psychiatric training in New York and then completed a fellowship in addiction psychiatry at Yale University. I have been practicing 15 + years, hold board certifications in both general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry and have an active license to practice medicine in MN, WI and OH.

The testing can also be done at the office and via telehealth. We also offer adult autism assessment and DBT informed therapy. At Ample Grace Psychiatry, we offer a custom approach for each client!
