Dr. Moran received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Missouri- St. Louis and is board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career in emergency medicine in 2014. While maintaining her career in the Emergency Department, she expanded her experience to the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Vascular Access Lab, and Psychiatry. Dr. Moran approaches patient care with openness and understanding. She acts as a strong patient advocate and includes every patient to find the best-individualized plan.

As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I evaluate and treat psychiatric symptoms such as those associated with ADHD, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety, shizophrenia and other psychotic disorders. I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in general and addiction psychiatry. Most of my clinical expertise was developed in New York City and San Francisco treating children, adolescents, and adults with an extremely wide array of problems. I also served as the Director of the New York University Nurse Practitioner program. Authenticity and non-judgment drive my practice.
