As a board certified psychiatric NP, my goal is to deliver the best possible care by advocating for my patients and promoting a positive atmosphere. I believe in providing holistic care along with evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes, whether that’s assisting with lifestyle changes or medication management. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. Mental health treatment is not "one size fits all" so we will work at your pace towards your goals. I believe every person has innate strengths and abilities that help them to achieve their goals and I work to help you maximize those strengths and abilities.

Our God-given mission is to provide holistic, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment to those who suffer from mental illness, emotional pain, and addiction. Our team consist of a psychiatrist, therapist/counselors, nurse practitioners, and nurses to help clients achieve real outcomes with their mental health and addiction recovery.

I specialize in adult (18+) mental health and wellness through assessment, diagnosis and treatment with education and medication management. People are the experts in recognizing their needs, so I encourage them to be active participants in their care through collaboration and by validating their feelings and lived experiences. I will do my best to help each person move forward to live their best life and appreciate the opportunity to be a part of each persons’ journey to wellness.

Hi! I have been in mental health care for almost 15 years in a variety of settings. The bulk of my experience has been in the high acuity setting of Emergency Psychiatry. I have a passion for empathic care that seeks to understand and help those dealing with not just mental illness, but the stress of life in general. I treat individuals of all ages and mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety. I am also particularly passionate about providing care for psychotic and psychosis related disorders, as well as working with sexual identity and gender identity concerns.

My interest in Psychology began by spending time with my stepfather, who was a psychiatrist. I became very interested in schizophrenia in 7th grade, which was a surprise to my teacher. I remember my stepfather helping me figure out how to pronounce medications during a trip to see my grandparents. In college, in the 1980’s, I volunteered for a domestic violence shelter/suicide hotline. I took every Psychology course offered by my undergraduate university as my electives.

I am a physician’s assistant, certified urban zen integrative therapist, and I am trained in Reiki, awareness meditation, and mindful nutrition. I love analyzing labs with my patients and connect any imbalances in vitamin, mineral, hormone, or electrolyte levels to their symptoms.
