I am a board certified adult psychiatrist and have experience treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders. I specialize in Women's mental health, including pharmacotherapy during pregnancy and the postpartum period and preconception counseling. I am also licensed to prescribe medical marijuana. I do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Regarding all commercial insurance companies, I am out of network. This means that clients need to pay at the time of the appointment. He or she will be given a receipt and are responsible for submitting it to their insurance companies for direct reimbursement.

Michelle completed her post master's certificate in the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program at Robert Morris University and her master's degree in nursing at the University of Pittsburgh. She has half a decade of experience working in behavioral health and over 20 years of experience in health care in general, including private practice, hospitals, home care, and most recently a pediatrician's office where she worked as part of the integrated care team. ‍

Ms. Andrews has over 18 years of extensive expertise in Nursing, spanning from Community Health to Psychiatry. Ericka utilizes a patient centered approach and therapeutic communication to address the needs, barriers, and concerns of each individual. She encourages her patients to focus on progress in place of perfection while moving towards an improved sense of well-being. Ericka’s care is based on the premise that patients respond best to a combination of therapy and medication. She places special emphasis on the integration of a psychotherapeutic approach with careful and limited use of medication prescribed only when necessary.

Dr. James Yi provides comprehensive and individualized care for his patients while exercising the highest ethical standard. He is Board Certified in both Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Yi completed an Adult Psychiatry Residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). He has presented both nationally and internationally and has over a dozen peer-reviewed publications. He was Attending Psychiatry at CHOP and Adjunct Assistant Professor at University of Pennsylvania.

Hello - I invite you to reach out and in doing so please note that individual sessions are not offered at this location. Water Gap Wellness offers an intensive mental health and substance use treatment that requires a continuous commitment of 6 hours per day 6 days per week. Housing is available upon request.
