Melissa is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP). She has worked to manage a wide variety of mental health concerns such as crisis intervention, depression, anxiety, ADHD, school and social issues, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, caregiver fatigue, and addiction disorders. She is easy to talk to and helps you feel comfortable with sharing in order to best manage your mental and emotional health. She is compassionate in providing comprehensive mental health services to all ages. Melissa's role as a PMHNP includes medication manager, therapist, educator, and mental health advocate.

I am a licensed nurse practitioner with 14 years of professional experience who believes in empowering patients through compassionate and comprehensive care. My specialties include mental health and weight loss. Throughout my career, I observed how many patients ignore the body-mind connection, which can lead to mental health challenges. Oftentimes stress can be an underlying cause of weight gain and vice versa. It encouraged me to bridge the gap by focusing on psychotherapy and medication management. My patients receive practical guidance and individualized support to promote health and wellness.

I am a native of Greenville, South Carolina and a board-certified Physician Assistant with full prescriptive authority. I am experienced in a variety of healthcare settings, including outpatient psychiatry for adults with mental illness, as well as Medication Assisted Treatment for Suboxone therapy.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience with children and adults, I am aware that all individuals are unique and bring with them their own experiences and beliefs. In our work together, I will provide you with an open and supportive environment, so you will feel comfortable sharing and discussing your concerns. Ms. McNight began her career in mental health in 2011, working with crisis intervention and stabilization of patients with complex psychiatric needs in an inpatient psychiatric setting for 6 years. She is dual board-certified as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She completed a Master’s degree in Nursing from Clemson University in 2017 and holds a post-graduate degree in Advanced Practice Registered Nurse from Wilkes University. Prior to joining Sherbondy’s Psychiatric Solutions in 2020, Ms. McNight worked as a Nurse Practitioner in diverse specialty settings.

Dr. Consola Esambe is a Psychiatrist in South Carolina who has been practicing since 2019. She graduated from the Brody School of Medicine. Dr. Esambe believes in forming a partnership with the patient so that they are an integral part of their health journey. This leads to buy in which fosters a better therapeutic alliance with the patient. Outside of work, Dr. Esambe enjoys watching TV, spending time with friends and family, reading and traveling.

Lydia Weaver is a boardcertified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in South Carolina who has been practicing since 2023. Angie is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than 13 years of experience in various mental health backgrounds including: crisis stabilization, substance use detoxification, and cognitive disorders. She appreciates honesty, proactivity, patience, and self-awareness from her patients during the treatment process. She believes in the power of empathy, compassion, and understanding in transforming the lives of individuals struggling with mental health disorders.

Anacorita completed her Masters Degree in Nursing at the University of Phoenix and obtained her Post Masters Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Massachusetts-Boston. She is a Board Certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. She has a passion for Mental Health Awareness and is a strong believer in breaking the stigma of Mental Health/ Addiction. She was also a Covid-19 front liner who went to New York to provide aid when the pandemic first broke out.

My practice is one that is personalized and focused on the individual needs of the client. Not all situations or backgrounds are alike. This can lead to different experiences. As an open-minded, down to earth person, I am here to walk with you through this journey and provide support along the way.

My experience as a RN prior to becoming a nurse practitioner has allowed me to deeply understand the vitality of mental health. My approach is holistic and individualized. I offer both medication management, psychotherapy, and alternative treatment options.

I have about 35 years experience in psychiatry, including residency, and only do outpatient psychiatry in recent years. I provide both medicine management and individual therapy. My approach is as a partnership- input from from a patient is valued and not ignored. What works for one person often does not work for another. My strengths include spending time with people (sometimes at the expense of punctuality). There is always an emergency system in place - I handle my own after hour calls. My areas of expertise include mood and anxiety disorders, women's issues, addictions, relationship issues, pharmacology, among others.

Casey Lee is a registered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from West Coast University in Orange County, CA and her Master's degree in Nursing Science from Northern Kentucky University. Casey focuses on evaluation, treatment, and medication management of a wide variety of mental health disorders including ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Her clinical experience includes trauma and inpatient psychiatric nursing as an RN and outpatient psychiatric medication management as a Nurse Practitioner.
