Suzanne Peterson is a Utah native and earned her bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Utah. Many years ago while taking nursing classes, her 3-year old daughter was diagnosed with leukemia, which caused Suzanne to become intensely interested in pediatric care. After her daughter entered remission, she worked in pediatric oncology for years, but Suzanne saw a great need for pediatric and family mental health services given the difficult situations she’d encountered in pediatric oncology. She returned to graduate school and graduated from Georgetown to become a family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in mental health.

Alberto has been working as a Nurse Practitioner since April of 2013 and has a Master’s Degree in Family Practice and a Post Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health. He has worked in health care for over 14 years and now specializes in helping people with Mental Health Disorders and Substance Addiction. His genuine love for people and desire to continue to learn and improve has allowed him to experience a great deal of success as a provider, to establish a good rapport with patients and to develop lasting relationships with medical professionals in the So. Utah area. Alberto is also fluent in English, Portuguese & Spanish.

My professional experience includes working in surgical trauma units and psychiatric units, and I have experience in caring for developmentally delayed populations with mental illness. Additionally, I have worked at the VA hospital in Salt Lake City, providing care to veterans. My professional interests lie in working with trauma patients, as well as individuals with anxiety, depression, and various other mental health needs.

Hi, I am accepting new patients. My sessions with you will focus on identifying your individual concerns, symptoms, and behaviors that you would like addressed. As a team, I will partner with you to target and address, the true underlying causes and factors, that prevent or inhibit you from living your ideal life. I provide therapy and medication management. In addition to treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, and other psychiatric disorders, I have a strong background and interest in working with clients dealing with chronic diseases and end of life issues.

Dr. Palombo is skilled in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, as well as individual, family, and group psychotherapy. She uses a collaborative approach to treatment, exploring the psychological, biological, behavioral, and social factors contributing to each individuals circumstance. She specializes in children and adolescents but has been managing outpatient psychiatric care for all ages as well as providing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation since 2017. She has had extensive training in TMS and utilizes cutting edge evidence-based research to provide not only effective but personalized treatment options.

Dr. Gadgil, or Dr. G (as his clients/families refer to him), brings over a decade of experience as an empathic and non-judgmental psychiatrist. Currently he is accepting clients globally for Life Coaching only and developing classes and writing a book, in addition to supporting the psychiatric team at Unity Mental Health Care (UMHC). Dr. Haines has over 25 years of clinical experience, the majority of which has been spent treating children and families. She is nationally board-certified in Neonatology, Pediatrics, and Psychiatry specialties. In both clinical and residential treatment settings, Dr. Haines has worked extensively with individuals suffering from a variety of traumas and mental health disorders. She specializes in Child, Adolescent and Family Psychiatry and provides diagnosis, medication management, psychotherapy, as well as collaboration with other psychiatrists, therapists, and healthcare providers to optimize the patient's treatment plan.

We have 4 medication providers and 5 therapists to help with anxiety and depression to PTSD. Including Medical Weight Loss, Eating disorders, Addictions, Trauma, Military's Issues, Family or Couples issues, Grieve and Loss, Mood Disorders, ADHD and LGBTQ issues. Hello! We are a mental health clinic providing psych evals, med management and psychotherapy. I am the Clinic owner and Clinician. When you schedule with me, you will be signing up for a team. Currently, there are 3 interns that work with me. An intern will take your medical history and psychiatric history, then I will come on and the intern and I will create the treatment plan. On subsequent visits, you will see the intern and he/she will bring me on when the medication and/or treatment plan needs to be changed. All of us provide Integrative Psychiatry using the most recent medications and supplements.
