As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I have provided medication management and psychotherapy for more than thirty years. I hold a Master’s Degree from Seattle University in Existential-Phenomenological Psychology, meaning my orientation is toward the fact that, in order to live fully in the moment, we all must accept our mortality. We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, and psychiatric medication management treatment. Medication appointments are typically accompanied by brief counseling where we focus on achieving your overall health goals. We encourage people to also have a primary talk therapist for more comprehensive therapy. We see ages 5 and above to adult.
