Courtney Tibbetts, PMHNP- BC, helps patients explore their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts, with the goal of identifying and addressing the underlying causes of mental health problems. She treatments patient with a wide range of disorders including depression, ADHD, anxiety, personality disorder, and PTSD.

Aundrea Sponsel, a dedicated healthcare professional with two decades of experience, has transformed her career from a Licensed Practical Nurse to a Nurse Practitioner in psychiatry. Passionate about mental health, she believes in a collaborative journey with her patients, valuing their input in crafting personalized mental health plans. A native of Florida and a loving mother of three, Aundrea cherishes family time at the beach. At Unclouded Mind, we prioritize your mental well-being. Aundrea Sponsel, our provider, crafts personalized medication management plans, ensuring precise prescriptions and adjustments.

Rozalyn Oliver is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of bedside nursing experience. She began her nursing career in her teens, working as a nursing assistant. In 2006, she graduated from Walters State Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing, enabling her to work and grow as a registered nurse for many years. In 2021, she graduated from Frontier Nursing University with a Master of Science in Nursing. Her experience, which includes 11 years of travel nursing, has enabled her to work with a variety of populations with varying backgrounds and cultures.

Robert is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner MSN, APRN,PMHNP-BC. Roberts professional career spans over a decade in various environments from Intensive care, Case Management and other various leadership roles. Robert enjoys nothing better than coming alongside someone to help them to achieve a greater sense of well-being and fulfillment in life. Although he considers ADHD his specialty, Robert is able to treat a wide array of conditions including PTSD, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, OCD, Bipolar Disorder and many others.

We offer Medication Management, Counseling/Psychotherapy, and Neuropsychological Testing in our network of clinics and online via our Telepsychiatry Services throughout Florida. Our team of experienced mental health professionals includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Physician Assistants, and Licensed Therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare.

At Building New Horizons I specialize in adult psychiatric medication management (we do not offer therapy).

My approach is to understand and treat the whole person by recognizing their unique set of circumstances, conflicts, strengths, and background. I tailor treatment plans to each individual's unique presentation after careful evaluation of their biological, psychological, and social makeup. Such treatment plans integrate the latest evidence for the best treatments. Treatment recommendations might include psychotherapy, medications, and/or suggestions for lifestyle changes. I often serve as the psychotherapist for my clients but also enjoy serving as a psychiatric consultant to individuals engaged in psychotherapy elsewhere.

Kate Scanlan is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience working with all ages in both the inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. Kate typically treats depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, anger management, insomnia, eating disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. She takes pride in working with patients to create a plan of care together to ensure the patient is fully involved in their own care.

Melissa Aull, PMHNP Melissa Aull is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Florida who has been practicing since 2009. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Petersburg College, a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida State University and a Post-Master's Certificate, Psychiatric Mental Health, from the University of Cincinnati. Melissa believes in a treatment philosophy where clients can expect an open, honest atmosphere that promotes learning, understanding the client's history, and building a rapport for establishing a therapeutic relationship and developing strategies for improved mental health.

Noel Hamilton is a board certified Nurse Practitioner who is qualified to practice in both Psychiatry and Primary care medicine. Noel is passionate about providing compassionate , comprehensive and high quality mental health services to adults. He possesses strong clinical skills and establishes excellent raport with patients and family. Noel has always had an interest in the field of Psychiatry, he started his career as a nurse in a hospital Psychiatric crisis/acute care unit as well as hospital inpatient psychiatric unit. Mr. Hamilton graduated from Drexel University in Pennsylvania with a Post Masters in Psychiatric Mental Health

Before accomplishing my educational goals, I served in the United States Army, and was a law enforcement officer. I have been a paramedic for more than a decade, and have been deployed overseas. I credit my civil service experience in helping prepare me to help others better understand the impacts of trauma and stress both mentally and physically. I see all ages from 10 years of age and up. I am LGBTQ supportive, and feel everyone should be encouraged to be themselves and loved! I continue to support our veterans, first responders, emergency services personnel through my clinical work, helping those that help others!

We do telehealth throughout Florida and in-person visits specializing in psychiatry, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and talk therapy with spa features.
