I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner supporting individuals and families in addressing mental health challenges. I provide psychotherapy, medication management, and genetic testing for children, adolescents, and adults. As a therapist and prescriber, I strive to develop an environment where patients feel safe to share their most authentic selves and feel empowered to work together toward meaningful solutions. I take a collaborative approach with patients to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets their unique needs.

Margaret Hughes, CPNP, PMHNP is a dual-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and pediatric nurse practitioner. After completing a Master's in Nursing (pediatrics) from Yale University, she provided medical care to children and adolescents at Mattapan Community Health Center and subsequently to college students at Northeastern University Health Center. Her passion for mental health has led her to obtain an additional degree as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

I partner with my clients to achieve their goals and intentions. I provide individual, couples and family therapy as well as life coaching. I also see clients for medication management.

My mission is to provide wise, thoughtful, and meaningful care that will serve my patients to the best of my ability, always endeavoring to promote health, a sense of contentment, and joy whenever possible. Investigation and discovery were a part of my childhood and are integral to my person. The scope and content of my vision is directly a result of continuous exploration and desire to reflect on experience. My curiosity about the world and its people has been nourished by a liberal arts education and playing Division I Ice Hockey at Dartmouth, by extensive travel, and by working in a multitude of cross cultural clinical settings

I work with individuals who have anxiety, depression, mood disorders, insomnia, relationship problems, trauma history, medical illness, neurological illness, and/or individuals who are helping family members with these problems. My experience over the last 25 years in psychiatry has shown that medications are helpful but do not take care of all problems in life. I offer combined psychiatric treatment. I received my psychiatric residency training from Georgetown University Hospital and fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine from Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School.

Ruby is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is originally from New Jersey. She received a Bachelor's in Biology and a Bachelor's in Nursing from Stockton University. She worked as a pharmacy technician for 5 years and as a nurse for 5 years before completing her Master's education at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Ruby is incredibly passionate about the destigmatization of mental health and addiction.

My patients are adolescents, adults, and elders with a variety of challenges. Our shared goals are to find the combination of therapies that will allow them to live their best lives, no matter their circumstances.
