I focus on using a holistic and integrative approach to diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and work with clients to identify, understand, and solve issues. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of both children, adolescents and adults for a variety of psychiatric disorders, including Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, Personality disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. I provide trauma informed care, and make an effort to compassionately treat the whole person while valuing the autonomy of my patients. Recommendations may include recommendations for medication, therapy, supplements, lifestyle and behavioral changes. I have a special interest in women’s health, trauma informed care, attachment, and integrative psychiatry.

My primary goal in providing mental healthcare is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every individual feels valued, heard, and acknowledged. As a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in both psychiatry and family medicine, I am capable of providing a comprehensive range of services, with a specific emphasis on medication management. We offer interpreter services for most languages and American Sign Language (ASL). In recognizing the importance of flexibility and patient choice, we provide the option for in-office or video consultations.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of healthcare experience in various healthcare settings, including acute and chronic illness. I work with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, ADHD, and other related mental illnesses.
