After a decade in psychiatry, I have worked with individuals from many walks of life and a variety of treatment goals, usually related to navigating problems with mood, anxiety, or focus. The majority of my experience, including a fellowship, has involved working with individuals recovering from depression during midlife. Depending on conditions and goals, approaches have included medications, tms, psychotherapy, and applying therapeutic frameworks to exercise and diet.

The brain is an organ where specialized treatment and medications may be needed to help restore physiological balance and correct functioning.
