I am an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in precision psychiatry. I received my graduate degree from Yale University School of Nursing in 2006. In addition to being a Nurse Practitioner, I have been a psychiatric RN for 37 years. Prior to entering Yale, I worked for 7 years on a major Harvard Medical School psychiatric teaching unit. I am a conservative prescriber and believe in using the smallest possible dosages of medication to treat a client's symptoms. I do very thorough initial evaluations with my clients and work with them closely until they are stable on their medications.

I am a Harvard and NYU-trained psychiatrist practicing in New York City who treats adults, adolescents, and couples. I have special interests in mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, weight and body image issues, relationship issues, and sleep disorders. I also have expertise in perinatal mental health and sexual dysfunction therapy. In my practice I see patients for both psychopharmacology and/or psychotherapy with emphasis on supportive, dynamic, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, and sex therapy modalities.

Jena M. Simon, DNP, is a Double Board-Certified nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatric mental health and family health. After graduating from Columbia University in 2010 as a Family and Oncology Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Simon worked in New York City at a large tertiary medical center caring for adults with sickle cell disease. In this role, she became attuned to the needs of people living with chronic illness and chronic pain.

I believe that each individual is unique and requires a personalized approach to therapy. Drawing from my training at Columbia and Yale, I treat people going through difficult life circumstances including relationship difficulties, family problems, anxiety, trauma and job stress. I also have expertise in working with a range of psychiatric illnesses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and OCD. Dr. Gundu Reddy is a Board Certified Psychiatrist in New York City. Prior to starting residency at Mount Sinai School of medicine she pursued additional research in HIV psychiatry . As well as residency training, she has also pursued further training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the NYU psychoanalytic institute. She states that whether prescribing medication, family, or relationship therapy, understanding psychodynamic conflict and causes of symptoms will cause help enhance quality of care. As well as psychodynamic training Dr Reddy also has a background in integrative psychiatry and treatment resistance.
