Dr. Ewing has extensive experience treating a variety of mental health conditions in outpatient, community, and hospital settings. In addition to expertise in psychopharmacology, she specializes in individuals with treatment resistant depression, utilizing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for individuals who have had limited response to medications.

Brittany Watson is a licensed and dual board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in family medicine and psychiatric mental health. Her training in both specialties allows her to understand the critical link between physical and mental well-being across the lifespan. She has a strong belief in holistic care utilizing a variety of treatment modalities including psychotropic medications, in addition to evidence based complementary and alternative treatments. She believes in a collaborative approach with her client's in reaching their goals. She is a San Diego native and enjoys playing sports, traveling and beach days.

Dr. Ma is Double Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Preventive Medicine. Bilingual, treating in both English and Mandarin Chinese 中文普通话, her track record is very successful in guiding people from diverse backgrounds through acute stress and life crises. With over 15 years of experience in major US cities, Dr. Ma has worked extensively with adult patients of 21-64, in many outpatient and hospital settings. She holds faculty position at UCSD and Chief of staff at SharpHealth, directs several outpatient programs at major San Diego hospitals and has privileges in several regional health systems, can accept pt anywhere in the state.

Preeti Mathur, M.D. is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist. She completed her residency and was Chief Resident at Westchester Medical Center, New York Medical College, NY. She has worked at San Diego County Psychiatric Hospital for 3 years and is currently also working at Palomar Pomerado Hospital.

My name is Trisha Paniagua and I chose to be a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner because I desire to advocate for and educate patients in managing life’s challenges and their mental health. As a psychodynamic psychiatrist, I am committed to help my patients find relief from their suffering and work toward their unique goals. I find that the psychodynamic perspective informs both short-term and long-term treatment collaborations, and encourages respect for the individual. I emphasize the "talk" part of therapy, and I integrate the use of medication where this seems helpful.

As a provider, Kirsten takes a holistic approach to mental health care and aims to use the least amount of medication possible.
