Hello! I work with adults, adolescents and families. I believe we all have unique, innate strengths that we can rely upon to get us through tough situations but that sometimes it is hard for us to find them on our own. I work with my clients to uncover and support each individual's own innate strengths while integrating a variety of research-based interventions to reduce anxiety, improve mood, process trauma, and improve relationships.
My background includes additional training in psychopharmacology, neuroscience, language-based learning differences, including dyslexia and processing disorders, ADHD, supportive parent coaching and high conflict relationships.
I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to work through tough situations and individual challenges. I love getting to know people and, together, finding strength, hope and strategies to cope with whatever life is dealing out. My style is warm, compassionate and collaborative and I'm happy to talk with you to see if we would be a good fit to work together.
