I offer dynamic services, while also providing a psycho-educational and holistic framework with encouragement toward making the necessary changes to reach your potential. My goal is to support you in regaining a greater sense of well-being and focus in your life, which often involves finding a work-life balance.
I am dedicated to social justice, cultural humility, and empathic connection. I have 25+ years experience working in the field ranging in various capacities with youth, adults, couples, and families. I have extensive training and experience working with transgender, non-binary, and lgbq+ communities as well as ongoing anti-racism and anti-oppression work.
I'm licensed in NM and provide therapy and supervision (NM only) and consultation services (nationally) for providers looking to develop professionally and navigate the complexities of private practice and agency work. I work with individuals and agencies to support them with increasing their confidence and competence to better meet their mission.

I started offering these groups in 2013 upon request and availability. They are intended for therapists and other healing providers.
