At New Hope Therapy, I welcome all clients. As a licensed professional counselor, and I am trained to treat a wide variety of diagnoses. I have experiencing working with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Though I invited all individuals interested in therapy to reach out for support. Whether it is work stress, difficulty in your relationships, or just struggling with adjusting to a new circumstance - all are welcome! I have been trained in a variety of treatment modalities including CBT, ACT, trauma processing and many others. What I find is most important in therapy, is meeting the client where they are at, in that moment. In sessions we will work together to figure out what works best for you. Whether it is CBT, or an integrative approach, progress is our main goal.
In my practice, I work with the client to develop personal, professional and therapeutic goals to focus on in therapy, and in between sessions. I give unconditional positive regard to all my clients, and provide whatever support is needed to best help you achieve your goals.
