Are anxiety and stress interfering in your life? I would like to help. I specialize in treating OCD (harm OCD, health OCD, relationship OCD, just right OCD, and more). I am also a trauma specialist working with all forms of trauma and PTSD. I help people resolve their past trauma, invalidation, and unhelpful teachings/thinking processes so that they can leave their baggage behind and proceed as they wish into their relationships and life goals. I also treat depression, anxiety, panic, generalized worry, rumination, relationship issues, unhealthy coping behaviors, or even just managing every day stressors.
I utilize evidence-based approaches. CBT and DBT are primary tools that are used throughout my practice. I use Exposure and Response Prevention or ERP as well as acceptance strategies to treat OCD. I also specialize in treating trauma and/or PTSD using Prolonged Exposure (PE), CPT, and EMDR. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
