The goal of my work is to help people in emotional turmoil experience relief. I have been successful in helping people work through issues around depression, anxiety, trauma, identity questions, life transitions, relationship issues and more. I specialize in working with clients from the LGBTQ community, as well as those in non-traditional family/relationship structures and those with alternative sexual practices.
During Covid-19, I am only able to see clients by video. My training is in psychodynamic care, which means my goal is to help the client come to new understandings about their internal world and emotions. My style of counseling is influenced by mindfulness practices and trauma-informed care. I provide short and long term counseling.
I specialize in working with clients from the LGBTQ community, as well as those in non-traditional family/relationship structures and those with alternative sexual practices. I work with individuals, couples, and relationship groups of all kinds.
