I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are navigating the transition to adulthood. This moment can bring up big questions: Who am I? Who do I want to be? Where am I headed? It can be overwhelming, but it's also a perfect moment to invest in the support you need to move skillfully into the next phase of life. I want you to feel capable of handling difficult moments as they arise, and to have a solid sense of who you and what you want out of life.
Adolescence can be uniquely challenging, but it is also a time of enormous opportunity. I use mindfulness-based principles to foster greater self-awareness, and practice from a strengths-focused perspective. I wholeheartedly believe that you have the wisdom to craft a meaningful life, and am honored to be a mirror so that you can see yourself clearly.
My style is warm, curious, and attentive. I am skilled at building genuine and trusting relationships with my clients, and would love to get to know you and learn how I can support your growth.
