I help individuals who are seeking to address the root of their suffering by breaking the cycles of trauma and emotional repression. I offer an embodied approach to shadow work and supporting the awakening process. This often begins by learning how to get out of our heads and into our bodies. Insights naturally arise when we begin to get beneath our limiting beliefs and assumptions and come into contact with the energetics of our direct experience. Some common areas of exploration include healing relationships, trauma, emotional reactivity, deconstructing the ego, and awakening to your true nature.
My practice bridges Western Psychotherapy and Eastern Spirituality. I have received training in Existential and Somatic Therapy, Bioenergetics, Archetypal Psychology, and Applied Shamanism. I also draw from wisdom traditions such as Buddhism, Taoism, Advaita and Non-Duality.
