This can also help you change how you see yourself. I will listen to you and support you with whatever feelings, thoughts or circumstances you find troubling and help you move past them to live the life you want.

I provide a warm space so that you feel comfortable sharing what is causing you pain or distress. I will help you work through challenging thoughts, feelings, or experiences so that you can make the changes you want in your life.
