Welcome! I’m Alessia: a nature lover, an avid yogi, and a passionate Psychotherapist who works primarily with gen z and millennials. These pressures may be so loud that they drown out your intuition, leading you to feel “stuck”, overwhelmed, anxious, withdrawn, and ultimately living a life that doesn’t feel like it’s yours.
