Hey there! My name is Amanda (they/them), and I'm passionate about supporting neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals from all walks of life by drawing on my professional training and my lived experience as a non-binary and neurodivergent therapist. I provide individual counselling to kids, teens, and adults. With kids and teens, I love working with a wide variety of concerns including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, and more. Additionally, I work with adults who have or suspected they have ADHD and/or Autism to help process their experience with these neurotypes among other important elements of their lives.
I'm a person-centered and strengths-based therapist who draws techniques from acceptance and commitment therapy, CBT, and more. I love integrating therapeutic play and art into sessions to help people of all ages express themselves! You are the expert on yourself, so I believe it is essential that we work as a team throughout therapy to meet your goals.
