I am a Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychologist based in Toronto, Ontario. I work with children and youth (0-19) from diverse communities with a range of issues. I practice from a family-centered and trauma-informed framework, that is culturally sensitive and strengths-based/affirmative. I endeavour to meet each child and youth where they are, and support them and their parents to feel empowered with the skills and tools in order to blossom into their fullest potential. I specialize in providing mindfulness-based therapy, with a longstanding personal practice, and training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Yoga.
My experience includes over 15 years (9 as a Licensed Psychologist) working in community mental health, hospitals, as a School Psychologist in GTA school boards, and in private practice. My services include psychological assessment, child/adolescent therapy and parent consultation. Currently I work at a local Family Health Team and in private practice.
