I'm Angela and I've been told that I'm approachable, warm and down-to-earth. Many of my clients come in saying that they had a "pretty good" upbringing. I create a space for you to explore whether it might be more layered. Through dreamwork, embodiment and somatic therapy, most people find that we have all collected socially constructed narratives that shape how we perceive the world, ourselves, and our relationships. They are the stories and beliefs that influence our values and identities. I've found that it can often be very helpful to have professional guidance in the journey back to your own body, voice and inner wisdom.

When people start to shed layers of socially constructed narratives and align more closely with their true nature, it’s like they’re opening up new possibilities for how they live and relate to the world. It’s incredible to witness and be a part of that process. I find a lot of meaning in the journey of self-discovery and personal growth; I am happy to help!

Most people benefit from a supportive space to share, deepen and grow. I welcome people of all identities, backgrounds and life experiences. I believe that as we attend more consciously to our inner life, we begin to embody a more authentic self in our daily lives.
