Seeking therapy takes courage, and I understand that it (and life) can feel overwhelming. My approach focuses on creating a non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore your story and life experiences with curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help you trust and connect with Self, align with the values that guide your choices, take on new challenges, and become self-led in your interactions with the world. We will learn effective coping skills, identify patterns, systems think, and build on your strengths. Change IS hard, AND (I believe) you have the power and innate wisdom to grow, change, and create the life you long for.
You are the expert on yourself and your relationships. I am here to collaborate with you, offer new perspective, and support your journey of connecting to your true Self. I am honored to share this space with you, and help you create the meaningful life you deserve. I am accepting clients 13+. I also offer couple therapy and couples intensives.
I have experience working with relationships, grief, life transitions, shame, trauma, relational patterns, infidelity, burnout, and women’s health. I adapt various therapeutic approaches and I believe in the power of humour. :) I am Gottman trained, Sex Therapy, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and ART Certified. I am currently training in IFS.
